Every portrait is encrypted the moment it’s captured and stays encrypted until it reaches the guest’s inbox and your event archive.

Only what the photo needs.
We collect the portrait and an email address to send it to. Nothing more is required, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

- DeliverySent by email, in about 25 seconds on average. QR delivery exists but stays off unless the event admin enables it.

Guests see a plain-language consent screen before the countdown starts. Every answer is logged against the photo it covers.

- Withdraw anytimeOne link in the delivery email removes the photo from the gallery and archive.

Styling, never training.
AI restyles the portrait the guest just took. It doesn’t learn from them, remember them, or change who they are.
Training is switched off for every photo we process — by default, at the platform level, for every event. No guest image is ever retained to build, train or improve an AI model.

Each photo is processed for one purpose — to style and deliver it — then stored privately for your event, and nowhere else.
Data processing

- RolesThe client is the data controller. Snap Studioz processes on their instructions under a data processing agreement.

- No biometricsNo facial recognition, face matching or biometric templates are created from any guest photo.
Image processing
- CaptureFull-resolution image taken on the booth and uploaded over an encrypted connection.
- StylingApproved looks applied in isolated cloud processing. Each job handles one photo, for one event.
- Working copiesTemporary files created during styling are deleted automatically once delivery completes.
- MetadataLocation and device data is stripped from images before they’re delivered or shared.
Storage
- LocationStored with an enterprise cloud provider. Hosting region is stated in your contract.
- At restOriginals, styled versions and consent records are encrypted at rest.
- IsolationEach event has its own private gallery, separated from every other client’s data.
- BackupsEncrypted backups follow the same retention schedule and are deleted with the originals.
